Establishment of the college
The institution Harishankar Prasad law college established by an educational society Shri Hari Shankar Prasad educational society co-operation and his own self resources then come into force with effect from 26 January 2004.
महाविद्यालय की स्थापना
हरिशंकर प्रसाद विधि महाविद्यालय की स्थापना श्री हरिशंकर प्रसाद एजुकेशनल सोसाइटी के अंतर्गत सहयोग एवं अपने स्वयं संसाधनों के तहत संचालित है महाविद्यालय 26 जनवरी 2004 को प्रभावी रूप से स्थापित हुआ|


Affiliation of the college
Presently college is constituent unit of State University Jannayak Chandrashekhar University (jncu) Ballia (UP) with effect from in the year 2017.
Award of degree The degree will awarded by the UP state University Jannayak Chandrashekhar University jncu on after successful completion of the course. महाविद्यालय की सम्बद्धता
वर्तमान में महाविद्यालय उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्य विश्वविद्यालय जननायक चंद्रशेखर विश्वविद्यालय (जे० एन० सी० यू०) से वर्ष 2017 से सम्बद्ध हैं।

Recognition of the course
Three year bachelor course LL.B. offered by the college and recognised by the bar council of India New Delhi with effect from the year 2005. In coming session (2025-26) LL.B. 5 years integrated course also proposed by the college.
पाठ्यक्रम की मान्यता
महाविद्यालय त्रिवर्षीय स्नातक पाठ्यक्रम को संचालित करती है एवं उक्त पाठ्यक्रम को बार काउंसिल आफ इंडिया नई दिल्ली से 2005 से मान्यता प्राप्त है, आने वाले सत्र (2025-26) से पंचवर्षीय एल-एल बी. पाठ्यक्रम महाविद्यालय द्वारा प्रस्तावित है।
